This will be a nourishing container dedicated to shedding what no longer serves you, and intentionally setting the course for the next chapter of your life in the most beautiful, inspiring, serene and supportive environment.

This is an invitation to reset from a place of kinship, warmth, wisdom, ceremony, connection to nature, and a celebration of beauty, change and the cycles of life.

Your time here will flow between spacious and freeform coaching, guided somatic practices, time to journal or reflect on your own, walks in the surrounding woods and olive groves, a morning trip to the famous Sant’Ambrogio farmer’s market, delicious seasonal food, plenty of time to reflect and relax to your heart’s content, and depending on the season and your needs and desires, the possibility to extend your trip by one day and do a “giro” to one of the many surrounding beauties (from hot springs, to truffle hunting, to the Gallerie degli Uffizi and more). Now accepting bookings for Spring, Summer and Fall 2024.
