What it’s like to work with Mel
Here’s a little about me…
I’m Melanie and I’ve been solving people-puzzles my whole life.
I grew up with severe complex trauma, which meant two things:
→ I got skilled early at reading a room, disappearing, and managing other people’s emotions.
→ And by middle school, I felt so broken I could barely function.
Those early experiences didn’t just shape how I moved through the world—they created a sense of self and a worldview that shut me out of anything truly good, disconnected me from my own capacity, and clashed with who I actually am.
I knew if I didn’t unlearn that, I’d stay locked out of the life I wanted forever.
That’s what put me on this path: a deep commitment to building a life and business that feel true to me by dismantling the story that said I couldn’t, and helping other passionate, driven women do the same.
To me this work really is both personal and vocational.
With a lifetime of de-conditioning under my belt, and 7 years coaching women into a mindset that supports their desires and a felt sense of safety in their lives, bodies, and businesses—I’ve seen over and over that interrupting your own limiting patterns is what makes you feel good as a CEO, gets clients through the door, puts money in the bank, and builds the momentum required to sustain success.
My approach is about helping your sense of self stretch beyond your limiting beliefs— so building the business and life you want comes down to the steps it takes, not the charge that makes them feel so hard.

Another great question! No, it’s not all inner work. In fact this program is very much about translating the inner work you do into smart strategy and consistent action.
This isn’t about creating results after your mindset’s on point and your conditioning’s no longer a thing. It’s a program that’s fully oriented to helping you get real, compounding results in your business.
That said, we’ll be working with the deep seated patterns and conditioning that hold you back. That work is profound and best suited for people comfortable with deep inner work.

As of June 2025, my one-on-one coaching program is a base rate of $1450 plus 10% of new revenue generated, paid on a monthly basis.
I’ve been working with a coach who does revenue share for two years.
